Housing AvailableCooks Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesKeep all areas of the kitchen clean and organized.
Must be able to work off a prep list.
Prepare all menu items to order.
Assist in putting deliveries away.
Maintain quality and consistency in all products.
Stock product for next day.
Must clean all equipment at the end of each shift.
Must be able to work closely with the front of house to assure guests are satisfied.
Keep all food diary up to dateSupports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
All other duties as assigned Cooks QualificationsSuperior customer service skillsServSafe certification or willingness to obtainAbility to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environmentComfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staffMust be able to stand for long hours on your feet.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to handle high kitchen temperaturesAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysCooks Compensation & Benefits$16.
